Phone Systems #
Each customer has a single phone system which can be managed through a combination of [Voice Apps][Voice Apps] and the additional configuration items listed below:
The PBX connection itself has connection details, but these should not be changed unless instructed to do so by a ~.Dimensions.~ engineer.
Actions #
The following actions are available on a configured phone system connection:

| Import configuration | This action forces a requery of devices from the PBX. It can be used in cases where auto-update of devices is believed to have missed a configuration change. |
| Restart collector | This action restarts the collector. Depending on the size of the PBX, the collector can take a number of minutes to reconnect. |
| Delete PBX | This action removes the configured collector. It can be recreated as required. Removing the connector does not remove existing data, but will stop new data being collected. |

Any calls made while the collector is not running will not be captured by ~.Dimensions.~ and will not be available for reporting. Any calls already in progress when the collector is started will not be modelled or reported on.
