Users given the 'Customer Administrator' or 'Customer Management' roles can make role and feature changes on customer accounts which will affect invoicing. ↩︎
-
The 'Billing Administrator' role will only be available if you are billed directly for the ~.Dimensions.~ service. If you are billed indirectly by a service provider, the billing section will not be available. ↩︎
User Access to Multiple Portals #
If required, Reseller Portal users can also be added to Customer Portals so they can login to investigate technical issues or perform configuration for users.
To provide a user access to a customer portal, the user needs to be added to the customer's portal with the same email address as their Reseller Portal user account. When this happens, ~.Dimensions.~ will automatically link the user to the existing Reseller Portal user, allowing them to login into the customer portal with their normal credentials.
