Alerts #

The 'Alerts' section provides details on any alerts that have been generated on customer accounts. Alerts are primarily generated when a customer account has an issue with account that needs attention.

Alert examples:

  • PBX connectivity loss
  • Transcription credits exhausted
Information Circle info
If there are active alerts on any customer accounts, a badge will be displayed on the 'Alerts' menu item in the left hand navigation bar. The badge will display the number of active alerts.

Email Notifications #

When an alert is generated, an email notification will be sent to any reseller user with the 'Status Alerts' role.
