Phone Management #

The customer section of the portal provides access to view and manage all the customers who have been provisioned to use the ~.Dimensions.~ Call Analytics platform. New customers can also be provisioned through the same user interface.

By default, when a customer is created a copy of the 'Default Configuration' is taken from Reseller level and is used as the base configuration for all phones on the customer account.

Updates can then be made on a customer by customer basis to tailor the system to their requirements.

For information on the specific configuration options, please refer to the Configuration Options section.

warning

Once the customer has been created, no changes to the reseller 'Default Configuration' will take effect. Any changes need to be made at customer level.

The customer level devices grid provides access to manage customer specific devices. New devices can be added directly to the customer and existing ones can have configuration or keymaps updated.

The 'Keymaps' grid shows all the keymaps that have been configured at customer level. These include the 'Default physical device keymap' which will be applied to all phones as well as any User or Group assigned keymaps.

A User or Group can only be assigned to 1 keymap at a time. If you assign a User/Group to a second keymap, they will automatically be unassigned from any previous keymap.
