Welcome to the ~.Dimensions.~ Reseller Portal. This portal is designed for resellers to provision and manage their customers on the ~.Dimensions.~ platform.
The portal includes the following areas of access:
- Customers, Access to configure existing customers, provision new ones
- Device Management, Manage SIP devices and assign them to customers & users
- Voice Portal, Manage call flow, groups, queues and other communication options
- Reseller Users, Control user access to the Reseller Portal
- Billing History, View billing history including license usage downloads
- REST API, Enable access to provision customers and access billing through the REST API
- Branding, Customize the portal's (and sub portal's) look and feel with branding controls
- About, Information on release notes, browser requirements for using the portal and details of known issues
Home #
The home page of the portal is visible directly after logging in. It provides an overview of the customers that have been provisioned and their current status.
Messages regard planned maintenance or information regarding service effecting issues will also be displayed here.
