Storage #

The 'Storage' section provides access to manage shared storage configurations for cloud-based storage from AWS and Azure. These shared storage configurations can then be used when configuring Call Recording for a customer tenant.

This section will only be available if your Service Provider has enabled access. Contact your service provider for more information.

Managing Storage

Any new storage configurations added will be available for selection as recording storage for new or existing customers.

For information on adding a new storage configuration, follow the link below for the target storage provider:

• Azure Blob Storage
• Amazon Web Services S3

Currently, if a storage configuration is updated, existing customers accounts using the storage are NOT updated and will continue to use the old configuration.

Retention Profiles

Retention profiles are an optional configuration which can be used to automatically delete recordings after a set period of time for a specific customer.

~.Dimensions.~ supports a set number of retention profiles ranging from 6 months to 7 years. If retention profiles are being used, all retention profile periods must be added to the target storage environment.

To have recordings with no expiry, do not enable retention profiles.
